The Office of Alumni Engagement seeks an enthusiastic and highly organized professional to join the team as Director of Alumni Engagement. The Director provides operational leadership for alumni engagement initiatives designed to grow participation and strengthen alumni connection among Texas State’s more than 245,000 alumni. Texas State’s alumni engagement strategy emphasizes a digital-first approach that expands alumni participation and supports discovery of alumni interested in volunteering and philanthropy through scalable outreach initiatives, including Virtual Engagement Officer outreach strategies.
This position is a member of the Office of Alumni Engagement, which works in partnership with the Texas State Alumni Association, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and its Board of Directors. The Office of Alumni Engagement operates within the Division of University Advancement, which also includes Development and Donor Engagement. The position reports to the Assistant Vice President of Alumni Engagement.
