- 3-4 years min. experience in office environment
- Customer service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 to include Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams
- Experience in planning events
Preferred Qualifications
- 5-6 years of experience in an office setting
- Expense report experience
Job Description
The Administrative Assistant II provides administrative and general clerical support to the management and staff within a specific division, department, or unit.
Job Duties
- Provide administrative support and perform a variety of work activities including:
- Assist the AAIII with everyday administrative support
- Handle all registration issues, particularly overrides
- Process all student travel
- Scholarships – Offers, Compliance, Awards
- Process all Faculty Course Evaluations
- Maintain Google Calendar and 25Live – entering classes and conference/meeting schedules
- Maintain inventory of all office supplies
- Maintain the graduate database and enrollment reports
- Submit facility work orders via AiM
- Assist with scheduling, coordinate and gather data for events/meetings, special events, luncheons, as needed
- Other duties as assigned
