Key Responsibilities
- Research, plan, design, and develop mechanical products and systems, including machines, instruments, controls, and mechanical assemblies
- Apply mechanical, thermal, hydraulic, and heat transfer principles to manufacturing and production systems
- Create and modify 3D models and drawings using CAD tools
- Support installation, implementation, and optimization of mechanical systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, maintenance, and operations
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical issues and implement effective solutions
- Ensure designs meet safety, quality, and performance standards
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME)
- Minimum of 5 years of mechanical engineering experience
- Strong experience with 3D modeling tools such as SolidWorks or Inventor
- Solid foundational knowledge of hydraulic and conveying systems
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and Inventor software
- Strong background in machine design
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in team settings
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, resourceful, and highly motivated mindset
