- Own game and business KPIs, from definition through ongoing optimization
- Build and evolve dashboards and analytics used daily by Game Design and Leadership
- Analyze player behavior, game performance, and experiments (A/B testing)
- Quickly identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities - and act on them
- Translate complex data into clear, compelling stories that drive decisions
- Partner closely with Game Designers, Product, and Management in a rapid-iteration environment
What We're Looking For
- Strong analytical instincts and the ability to problem-solve independently
- Comfort working with incomplete or evolving data
- Experience influencing decisions, not just reporting numbers
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Applied Math, Data Science, or related field
- Proficiency with SQL, Tableau or Power BI, Excel, and Python or R
- Experience with A/B testing and performance measurement
Nice to Have
- Experience with predictive modeling, machine learning, or AI
- Familiarity with gaming or online player data (slots a plus)
- Experience with Snowflake and modern data stacks
- Master's degree for senior-level candidates
