Coordinates the life cycle of agency property from receipt of items, through inventory, and final disposition and/or surplus of agency property. Also responsible for managing keys for the de Zavala Building, to include issuing to new employees, processing return from terminating employees, and conducting an annual inventory. Serves as primary back up for Support Services Technician. Works under general supervision, with moderate latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.Essential TasksProcesses receipt of deliveries and shipments of supplies, equipment, and other itemsMaintains agencyand#8217;s inventory and asset records in CAPPS and SPA systemsCoordinates process to dispose of and/or surplus agency assetsMaintains distribution and control over building keysConducts annual audit of agencyand#8217;s property/assets, keys, and card key badgesServes as back up for quick copy, mail and courier servicesAttends work regularly in accordance with agency leave and attendance policiesComplies with all applicable agency policies and procedures, including safety and standards of conductOther Tasksnone
Qualifications: Veterans, Reservist or Guardsmen with an MOS or additional duties that fall in the fields Army - 92A - Automated Logistical Specialist; Navy -SN Seaman; Coast Guard - 360 Yeoman; Marine - 0111 Administrative Specialist; Air Force - 3A1X1 - Administration or other related fields pertaining to the minimum experience requirements may meet the minimum qualifications for this position and are highly encouraged to apply.
