Texas State Hearing Aid Device Center is a small business in Abilene, TX. We are professional, agile, customer-centric and our goal is to treat our patients like family. Monday- Friday. No weekends. We are hiring for a front desk position in our Abilene office.

Front Desk Hearing Aid Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries and schedule appointments
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
-Clean and assist with hearing aid devices and supplies for patients, and helping the specialist when needed, and keep track of hearing aid parts and supplies needed to re-order
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications, typing experience required
-Proper etiquette, kindness, and patience with helping elderly
-Must be reliable and able to work Monday- Friday.
We offer competitive pay rates, no weekends required, and opportunities for career growth. Normal hours are Monday-Thursday 8:45am- 5:00pm, Friday's 8:45 am-1:00pm. On occasion some appointments may last past normal business hours, and it is a requirement to stay until the last patient leaves.
