We do take care of our people but we all have to work as a strong unit to see success. If we add someone that is lazy things dont work... or if we add someone that is about them an not team things dont work. We are looking to add offices in Marshall, Gilmer, Mt. Pleasant, Jacksonville, Athens, Canton....... if your intrested in Mineola.but live in one of these areas we would love to teach you to be a strong MGR then open you an office!
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in person and by phone
- Process loan applications accurately and efficiently
- Collect and post payments using multiple software systems
- Follow company policies and regulatory requirements
- Maintain organized files and a clean office environment
- Communicate clearly with management and teammates
- Support daily office operations and reporting
Assistant Manager responsibilities may be added based on performance.
Technology Requirements (Important)
This role requires daily use of:
- Multiple software systems
- Digital loan platforms and CRM tools
- Secure authentication apps (MFA)
- Scanning, emailing, and digital documentation
Candidates must be comfortable learning new systems quickly and working in a fast-paced, technology-forward environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong computer and typing skills
- Comfortable switching between systems throughout the day
- Detail-oriented and accurate
- Professional communication skills
- Reliable transportation and attendance
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus, not required
Prior experience in customer service, retail, or office administration is helpful, but trainability and work ethic matter more than job titles. WE like people that are new to the industry with NO loan background! It's just easier to teach people that don't know everything!
