What are the responsibilities and job description for the Email & Lifecycle Marketing Manager position at Texas Standard?
Texas Standard is a clothing brand built to deliver high-quality gear while giving back to the state we call home. We’re looking for an Email & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own and grow revenue across email, SMS, and onsite merchandising.
Revenue & Strategy
- Own revenue from email and SMS channels.
- Drive repeat purchase rate, AOV, and customer LTV.
- Develop segmentation and personalization roadmap.
- Lead testing strategy across campaigns and flows.
Email & SMS
- Build and optimize campaigns and automated flows.
- Improve deliverability, engagement, and conversion.
- Create a structured testing calendar.
- Identify gaps in lifecycle and deploy new automations.
E-Commerce & Merchandising
- Own onsite merchandising strategy in Shopify.
- Align product drops, seasonal launches, and promotions with retention strategy.
- Optimize collection pages and landing pages for conversion.
- Partner with paid and creative teams to align traffic and messaging.
Campaign Leadership
- Lead campaign calendar execution from planning to launch.
- Collaborate with creative on messaging and asset needs.
- Ensure launches are cohesive across email, SMS, and site.
- 2–5 years in DTC e-commerce or retention marketing.
- Proven track record growing email revenue in a Shopify environment.
- Deep experience with Klaviyo and lifecycle strategy.
- Strong understanding of segmentation, flows, and A/B testing.
- Comfortable owning reporting and interpreting performance data.
- Ability to operate independently and make strategic decisions.
