Position: Roofing Consultant (Sales)

You’ll help homeowners and business owners make smart decisions about protecting their properties with the best roofing systems on the market. If you’re great at building trust, communicating clearly, and bringing positive energy, we’ll teach you everything else you need to know.

$80,000 at plan earnings

• Generate new business through door-to-door outreach and networking with realtors, insurance agents, and other local professionals
• Top performers receive pre-set appointments to supplement their self-generated leads
• Follow up with leads and referrals to close high-quality roofing projects
• Conduct thorough roof inspections and deliver clear, professional proposals tailored to client needs
• Educate homeowners and business owners on roofing systems, materials, upgrades, warranties, and insurance processes
• Build strong, lasting relationships with clients by providing consistent communication and support throughout the project
• Collaborate with teammates and leadership to achieve personal and company sales goals
• Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to delivering top-tier service

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
• Coachable and eager to learn in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
• Confident interacting with people face-to-face, including door-to-door outreach
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Roofing or construction knowledge is a plus — but not required. We’ll train the right person

Preferred Experience

• 2 years of sales, customer service, or other client-facing experience (preferred)
• Background in the service industry (hospitality, retail, restaurants, etc.) is highly valued
• Roofing, construction, or insurance restoration sales experience is a strong bonus
• A proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals is a plus
