Job Responsibilities
- Rigs-up and rigs-down of service equipment, learns to complete documents, reports, and forms in support of the service performed.
- May conduct training in the operation of some or all of the following equipment: shale shakers and screen changes, centrifuges, cuttings handling and slurrification systems, and vacuum and pressure washing systems.
- Requires the ability to effectively communicate with others -supervisors, customers, and rig workers
- Perform basic mathematical calculations involving addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division; and basic reading comprehension and writing skills.
- Operating heavy equipment to load roll of bins or load end dump trucks.
- Promotes and takes an active part in the quality improvement process, promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness, complies with all applicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations, and ensures compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and guidelines.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of six months experience Solids Control: Operating various BSS equipment (centrifuges, drying shakers, VCD) daily maintenance and servicing/cleaning of equipment Operating lap equipment (mud scale and retort) and compiling daily reports.
- Heavy Equipment -Excavator
- Basic computer & email skills.
- Valid Driver's License
- Must have or can acquire Certifications: PEC, H2S, Excavator Safety
- Must pass pre-employment Drug & Alcohol Screen, Physical, and Background Check
