Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Requirements
- Be willing to obtain a Texas Property and Casualty License and retain the license by meeting the continuing education requirements
- Insurance experience is not required. Must be willing to learn and be coachable.
- 1 years of prior sales experience
- Ability to multitask and be adaptable to changing priorities, deadlines, and technology.
- Get along with other employees and be a team player
- Ability to work independently, be a self-starter with the motivation to reach and exceed goals
Responsibilities
- Provide exemplary service and educate & advise clients on their policies
- Prospect for new business from referrals, networking, warm leads, and other lead sources.
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
- Build client relationships and maintain client retention and product loyalty
- Meet sales goals and phone time established by management
