What are the responsibilities and job description for the Intern (77643) position at TEXAS SECURITY BANK?
The IT Intern works closely with the CXO, Director of IT, and IT System Administrator and is responsible for assisting the department with activities related to various IT support and projects, assisting with research into AI and upskilling.
Responsibilities:
- Participating in hands-on training with IT Department personnel necessary to accomplish tasks assigned.
- Conduct financial analysis studies to analyze results and trends to identify reasons for results and opportunities for improvement.
- Understanding general IT principles and concepts.
- Provide first-level technical support for employees, including troubleshooting hardware, software, printer, and connectivity issues.
- Assist with computer setup, imaging, deployment, and refreshes for new or replacement workstations.
Qualifications:
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
- Pursuing a degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of Windows PCs, Microsoft 365, and networking concepts.
- Strong personal motivation and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and support a fast-paced IT team.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a deadline driven environment.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
