Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position located in Austin, TX. The Security System Program Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and enhancing security-related programs, managing security system operations, and ensuring compliance with established protocols. The coordinator will oversee the design, implementation, and refinement of security procedures and technologies; provide support to staff and students regarding security best practices; and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a safe and secure environment for the TSBVI community.
Qualifications
- Program Management and Program Development skills, including planning, organizing, and executing security system initiatives
- Project Management experience to effectively oversee and complete security-related projects on time and within budget
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with staff, students, and external partners
- Attention to detail and the ability to analyze and solve complex safety and security issues
- Proficiency with security technologies and tools, along with a commitment to staying updated on industry best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is preferred
- Experience in security or facilities management is a plus
- Demonstrated commitment to fostering a safe and inclusive environment for all individuals
