We are looking for a responsible Project Coordinator. Project Coordinator responsibilities include working closely with our Project Managers to prepare submittal packages, close out documents, assist in material orders, rental equipment, ect. You will perform various administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and billing pay applications monthly as well as ordering materials for each project. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you'll collaborate with clients and internal team to deliver results on deadlines. Organization is a must.
Responsibilities Include:
-Assist Project Managers and working directly with them.
-Creating Submittal Packages
-Creating Close Out Documents
-Assist with PO's of Material and Rental Equipment
-Assist with Pay Applications
-General Data Entry
-Ordering Materials for projects through multiple suppliers
-Assist with Tracking Materials and Rental Equipment
-Assist with Schedule of Values
-Assist with Sending out Bids
-Assist with Change Orders
What You Need For This Position:
-Computer- Savvy with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
-Excellent Communication Skills; both written and verbal
-Highest Level Of Customer Service
-2 Years in Construction
-Strong Work Ethic
-Proven Ability to effectively Work with Other Team Members with a positive, outgoing, energetic team player.
-Honest
-Attention To Details
-Excellent Organization and Time Management
-Effective Questioning and Listening Skills Required
