Texas Roof Rescue LLC in Southlake, TX has built a solid foundation — strong reputation, loyal customer base, great crews, real projects moving. What we need now is the right leader to take the reins and grow it.
This is a run-and-scale seat, not a start-from-scratch seat.
What you'll own:
• Daily sales operations and revenue growth
• Managing and developing the sales team
• Project management alignment — from sale to completion
• New business development and strategic partnerships
• Customer relationships that turn into referrals
What I'm looking for:
• Proven sales leadership — you've hit numbers and grown teams
• Strong project management instincts
• Eager, hungry, and ready to take ownership of a division
• Roofing or construction experience is a plus, not required
• On-site in Southlake, TX
