Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Superintendent role located in Fort Worth, TX. The Superintendent will oversee and manage daily construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with building codes. Responsibilities include Owner coordination, supervising work crews, scheduling, coordinating with contractors and vendors, managing onsite safety, quality control, and resolving any project-related challenges efficiently. The role also involves preparing reports and communicating project updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in construction, including remodel and tenant finish projects
- Strong scheduling, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience supervising teams and coordinating with Owners, contractors and vendors
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality control practices
- Proficiency in communication and leadership, with the ability to provide clear direction
- Ability to manage project timelines and budgets effectively
- Previous experience in a Superintendent role within the construction industry is required
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is a plus but not required
