What You’ll Do
- Support contractors, engineers, and distributors with HVAC product solutions
- Answer incoming sales calls and provide exceptional customer service
- Prepare quotes, process orders, and ensure accuracy throughout the sales process
- Collaborate closely with outside sales and project teams
- Troubleshoot issues and help customers find practical solutions
- Build strong customer relationships through responsiveness and communication
- Learn and support industry-leading HVAC equipment and technologies
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone with strong technical knowledge and excellent people skills.
Ideal candidates will have:
- HVAC industry experience (inside sales, technical support, distribution, service, or related field such as electrical products)
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- Excellent communication and phone skills
- A customer-service mentality
- Strong computer skills and comfort with Microsoft Office and order-entry systems
- A teachable attitude and desire to learn
- Problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- A positive, team-oriented mindset
