Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in El Paso, TX, for an Assistant Property Manager. The Assistant Property Manager will oversee property operations, including handling tenant communications, addressing maintenance requests, and managing lease agreements. Additional responsibilities include assisting with properties accounts, coordinating move-ins and move-outs, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and property regulations. The role involves collaborating closely with the Property Manager to support the efficient management of multiple properties.
Qualifications
- Bilingual [ Spanish - English ] 100% - Calls with tenants
- Experience with property management, lease administration, and tenant relations
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask
- Proficiency in office tools and softwares, including property management systems and basic accounting software
- Customer service abilities, conflict resolution skills, and clear communication proficiency
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is a plus)
- Knowledge of local housing laws and property regulations is an asset
- Previous property management or real estate experience preferred but not required
