JOB SUMMARY: The Ticket Operations Assistant is a part-time position that provides support to the Ticket Operations staff by assisting with daily office functions and responding to a high-volume of requests and demands on game days and non-game days.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
Answer and respond to incoming phone calls from season ticket holders, ticket purchasers and sales staff.
Lead support for fans using MLB ballpark App.
Assist Box Office and Phone Room Managers with day-to-day operations.
Assist guests by resolving ticket purchase errors.
Secure payment for ticket sales and process distribution of tickets.
Process and execute game tickets requests.
Box Office and Phone support for non-baseball related events held at Globe Life Field.
All other duties as assigned.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Passion to work in the Sports Industry.
Must be able to work well with a diverse group of peers.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and pay attention to detail.
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Basic math and computer skills.
Ability to lift, push, pull, and/or carry up to 50lbs.
Willingness to work weekends, games, events, and some holidays throughout the 2026 season from January through October.
