  • Maintain volunteer records and ensure projects remain aligned with organizational priorities and schedules.

TRS PAC and Foundation Administration

  • Work with volunteer leadership to develop agendas, prepare meeting materials, and coordinate meetings and follow-up.
  • Develop and manage budgets; maintain financial, donor, and contributor records; and provide regular financial updates.
  • Manage required reporting and compliance deadlines, including Texas Ethics Commission filings.
  • Coordinate with the Executive Director, volunteer leadership, and accounting, investment, and other professional partners.

  • Experience working in a small-staff environment with responsibility for multiple functional areas.
  • Exceptional organizational, project-management, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and manage changing priorities.
  • Excellent written, verbal, customer-service, and relationship-management skills.
  • Experience supporting members, boards, committees, or volunteer leaders.
  • Proficiency with membership databases, websites, digital platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred

  • Ten or more years of association management experience.
  • Experience with meetings, exhibits, continuing education, sponsorships, or volunteer leadership.
