Job Description
Texas Professional Workforce Compliance is seeking a dependable Mobile Drug Testing Collector to assist with on-site drug testing services for local businesses, job sites, and workforce compliance needs.
This position primarily involves urine specimen collection, including DOT and non-DOT collections, as well as other basic drug testing services that do not require medical licensing or advanced certification. The ideal candidate is professional, punctual, detail-oriented, and comfortable traveling to client locations.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include:
- Traveling to client locations for mobile drug testing appointments
- Performing urine specimen collections according to proper collection procedures
- Completing DOT and non-DOT specimen collection paperwork accurately
- Verifying donor identification
- Maintaining chain-of-custody documentation
- Packaging and preparing specimens for lab shipment or pickup
- Following privacy, confidentiality, and compliance procedures
- Communicating professionally with employers, donors, and company staff
- Maintaining a clean, organized collection kit and supplies
- Providing other approved drug testing services that do not require medical certification or licensing
Requirements
- Must have dependable transportation
- Must be willing to travel to job sites and client locations in and around Hubbard, TX
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality
- Must be comfortable working independently
- Must have strong communication skills
- Must be able to follow written procedures carefully
Preferred Qualifications
- DOT urine specimen collection training completed
- Experience with chain-of-custody forms
- Flexible availability, capable of working up to 40 hours a week when needed based on client demand.
- Prior drug testing, medical office, lab, HR, compliance, or safety experience is helpful but not required
Schedule
This position may be part-time, contract, or on-call depending on demand. Mobile testing appointments may vary based on client needs.
Pay
Pay will depend on experience, availability, and whether DOT specimen collection training has already been completed.
