Requirements:
- Eagle Ford Region knowledge and experience
- 3-5 years’ experience supervising. Managing 10 trucks or more is a plus
- Class A CDL with tanker endorsement
- Reasonably Suspicion/ Safety training preferred
- Experience with vacuum truck equipment
- Knowledge of DOT regulations preferred.
- Understanding of oil field service industry regarding drilling, completion and production
- Strong Communications skills
- Computer skills required
Work with Office Manager in all aspects of running the yard to include:
- Lead personnel in multiple aspects, including but not limited to:
- Driving big trucks, end dump and winch truck as needed.
- Managing driver hours
- Must have driver contacts
- Pay is negotiable based on experience
- Hiring New Drivers
- Training New and Existing Drivers
- Manage Dispatch to schedule drivers
- Reviewing and approving weekly employee time sheets
- Building new / retaining current customer relations
- Maintain List of Well sites provided by corporate office
- Assist Shop and Fleet Management
- Coordinate weekly Safety meetings
- Review Service Tickets
- Have customer contacts preferred
- Learn dispatch duties/cover dispatch where needed
