Texas Precision Cabinets is hiring a Cabinet Finisher / Production Assistant to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who wants to learn a skilled trade and build a long-term career in a high-end custom cabinet shop.
You will be trained in cabinet finishing and will assist with shop production when finishing work is not in progress.
We are looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to work hard every day.
Responsibilities
- Sand, prep, stain, paint, and finish cabinet components
- Prepare doors, drawer fronts, and face frames for finishing
- Maintain a clean and organized finishing area
- Assist with cabinet production:
- Cabinet box assembly
- Drawer box assembly
- Sanding and prep work
- Hardware installation
- Follow shop processes and maintain quality standards
Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and reliability (must show up on time, ready to work)
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work with hands and tools
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Team-oriented attitude
Experience is not required — we will train the right person.
Experience in woodworking, painting, construction, or finishing is a plus.
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
