ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary
Provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for assisting the warehouse employees with all shipping related paperwork.
Essential Functions
Processes all paperwork that comes in from the warehouse.
Verifies that all documentation is included in order.
Communicate with appropriate department to obtain information needed to complete the shipment.
Answer incoming phones and handling information as needed.
Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating.
Other duties as assigned by manager.

This position will work Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Education and Experience
High school diploma
2 of administrative experience preferred
