Responsibilities
• Perform general clerical duties and customer service tasks.
• Collect revenue and manage license and permit sales.
• Handle automated campsite registration for Lake Casa Blanca State Park.
• Provide information to the public regarding park services and regulations.
• Account for daily revenue and ancillary product sales.
• Prepare reports and process correspondence as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness in the Headquarters area.
• Operate office equipment including credit card machines and registration computers.
• Work under close supervision with minimal latitude for independent judgment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Completion of 8th grade.
• No prior experience required.
• Knowledge of general office procedures and administrative practices.
• Familiarity with spelling, punctuation, grammar, and arithmetic.
• Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to provide quality customer service in a professional manner.
• Skill in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Ability to prepare and maintain records, files, and reports.
