Assists with prescribed fire operations by preparation of fire breaks, prescribed fire implementation and post evaluation on designated sites. Responsible for transporting, maintaining, and repairing equipment and vehicles. Collects geospatial data for resource management plans and may assist in flora and fauna surveys as needed. Works under moderate supervision, with minimal latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. Performs additional duties as assigned.
