Job Summary
. This role involves coordinating patient care, managing staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, and optimizing clinic performance to provide high-quality pain management services.
Duties
- Manage and coordinate administrative functions within the facility
- Implement and maintain efficient systems for office procedures
- Provide support in medical management and coordination of patient care
- Experience with eClinicalWorks software is preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
-Review and manage the daily procedure and post-op schedule.
-Condense the schedule as needed due to cancellations or patient readiness.
-Review patient charts for completed Actions and Authorizations.
-Obtain the necessary Clearance(s) and submit them to you for review.
-Notify patients about stopping Blood Thinners/NSAIDs.
-Manage Orders, Denials and work with APP on P2Ps or new consultations.
-Submit authorizations and schedule SCS, HA, and Kypho cases, coordinating with
representatives.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Pain Management Clinic setting
- Proficiency in utilizing Eaglesoft, eClinicalWorks, or similar software
- Strong understanding of budgeting and financial and team management
- Ability to uphold high standards of professionalism and confidentiality
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in healthcare administration, preferably in a pain management or clinical setting.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, billing practices, and quality assurance processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) and practice management software.
