Role Description
We are seeking an Internal Communications Manager to join our team in a full-time, on-site role based in Texas. This role will focus on building and executing internal communication strategies that align with the organization's goals and foster employee engagement. Responsibilities include creating and managing internal newsletters, presentations, and communication campaigns, collaborating with leadership to align messaging, and ensuring clear and consistent communication across teams and departments. The manager will also monitor and assess the effectiveness of communication initiatives, gathering feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Corporate Communications, Internal Communications, and Crisis Communication strategies
- Proficiency in Content Creation, Copywriting, and Editing for various communication channels
- Strong skills in Employee Engagement, Change Management, and Stakeholder Communication strategies
- Familiarity with Digital Tools, such as content management systems, intranet platforms, and email marketing software
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and with leadership
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
- Experience in the healthcare or oncology sector is preferred
