ICU Registered Nurse

ICU Registered Nurse - Full-Time Nights (Rotating Weekends)
Location: Hudson, FL
Pay: $33.00 - $46.00/hr based on experience
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $25,000

A high-acuity medical center in the Hudson area is hiring a Registered Nurse to join its Intensive Care Unit (ICU). This is a full-time, night-shift role offering exposure to MICU, SICU, and CSU patient populations. Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for critically ill patients

• Administer medications in accordance with physician orders

• Instruct patients and families on medications and treatments

• Maintain and update patient records, including diagnostic results and care plans

Qualifications:

• Active Florida RN license (or compact with commitment to obtain FL license within 60 days)

• Nursing Diploma or ASN required (BSN preferred)

• At least 1 year of recent acute care experience in a hospital setting

• BLS (AHA) required upon hire

• ACLS (AHA) required within 6 months

• NIHSS required within 6 months

• Critical care experience in MICU, SICU, or Cardiovascular Surgical Unit preferred
