ICU Registered Nurse - Full-Time Nights (Rotating Weekends)
Location: Hudson, FL
Pay: $33.00 - $46.00/hr based on experience
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $25,000

A high-acuity medical center in the Hudson area is hiring a Registered Nurse to join its Intensive Care Unit (ICU). This is a full-time, night-shift role offering exposure to MICU, SICU, and CSU patient populations. Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for critically ill patients
Administer medications in accordance with physician orders
Instruct patients and families on medications and treatments
Maintain and update patient records, including diagnostic results and care plans
Qualifications:
Active Florida RN license (or compact with commitment to obtain FL license within 60 days)
Nursing Diploma or ASN required (BSN preferred)
At least 1 year of recent acute care experience in a hospital setting
BLS (AHA) required upon hire
ACLS (AHA) required within 6 months
NIHSS required within 6 months
Critical care experience in MICU, SICU, or Cardiovascular Surgical Unit preferred
