Your Responsibilities:

✔ Triage, assess, and stabilize patients of all ages in emergency situations
✔ Perform life-saving interventions, including advanced airway management
✔ Administer medications, IV fluids, and emergency procedures
✔ Operate cutting-edge emergency medical equipment
✔ Coordinate with physicians, paramedics, and healthcare teams for best patient outcomes
✔ Maintain accurate documentation in electronic medical records
✔ Educate patients and families on follow-up care and discharge instructions

Qualifications & Requirements:

🔹 Education: RN Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Nursing (BSN Preferred)
🔹 Experience:

• 1 year of recent acute care ER experience (Required)
  🔹 Licenses & Certifications:
• Active RN License in Florida (or ability to obtain before start date)
• BLS Certification (AHA Required, prior to start date)
• ACLS & PALS (Required within 90 days of hire)
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (Required within 90 days of hire)
