Spanish-Speaking Salesperson – Pre-Owned Diesel Trucks
We are looking for a motivated, bilingual Spanish/English salesperson to join our team. This position is for someone who understands pre-owned diesel trucks, knows how to communicate with customers, and can help guide buyers through the basic automotive sales and financing process.
We are a high-volume pre-owned dealership with a strong focus on diesel trucks. We keep a small sales staff, with only 4 salespeople on the floor at any time, so every salesperson has a real opportunity to sell and make money.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and online
- Communicate clearly with both English- and Spanish-speaking customers
- Help customers understand vehicle options, pricing, trades, and basic financing
- Follow up with leads from phone calls, internet, and social media
- Create and maintain a strong presence on social media
- Take photos/videos and help promote inventory online
- Build relationships with customers and generate repeat/referral business
Requirements:
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
- Strong knowledge of pre-owned diesel trucks is a must
- Basic understanding of automotive financing is required
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude
- Strong social media presence and willingness to promote inventory online
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to pass an MVR/driving record check
- Automotive sales experience
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
