What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager, Finance - Lone Star Tower position at Texas Motor Speedway?

Position Responsibility:
- Correspondence and clerical support for Lone Star Tower and the HOA
- Process invoices, track and collect rent, for the HOA and Office Tenants
- Create and process purchase orders
- Maintain filing system for department
- Coordinate with realtor for office space
- TMS duties during race weekends
- Assist with Property Management and HOA duties
- Maintain Certificate of Insurance files
- Work closely with HOA board and homeowners, organizing board meetings, and socials
- Coordinate with operations department of repairs at the LST
- Manage Clubhouse rentals
Qualifications:
- Strong administrative skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure
- Ability to handle confidential materials
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint experience a must
- Professional appearance and demeanor
Position Type: Full-time
Compensation: Negotiable based on prior work experience
