Job Overview

We offer a starting rate of $15.00 with the opportunity for a raise following a successful 90-day performance evaluation.
Duties
- Assist healthcare providers in implementing rehabilitation programs for patients.
- Prepare treatment areas and ensure all equipment is sanitized and ready for use.
- Support patients during therapy sessions, including guiding them through exercises and monitoring their progress.
- Document patient interactions and progress accurately in medical records.
- Educate patients on rehabilitation techniques and the importance of adherence to their treatment plans.
- Maintain inventory of rehabilitation supplies and equipment, ensuring availability for daily operations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Uphold safety standards by recognizing potential hazards in the rehabilitation environment.
Requirements
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to rehabilitation practices.
- Familiarity with clinic or hospital medicine protocols.
- Understanding of physiology and anatomy as it relates to patient care.
- Experience in acute care or inpatient settings is preferred but not mandatory.
