Job Summary
Performs advanced (senior-level) consultative services and technical assistance work. Work involves planning, developing, and implementing major agency programs and the Intake program and providing consultative and technical assistance to the Enforcement Division staff, governmental agencies, community organizations, or the general public. Coordinates the receipt and documentation of all complaints, allegations, and general information received by the Enforcement Division regarding lottery or charitable bingo activities. Maintains various computerized systems. Trains, leads, assigns, and/or prioritizes the work of others. Works under limited supervision with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. This position reports to the Enforcement Division Director.
Qualifications: Graduation from high school or a GED equivalent is required.
Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a degree in criminal justice, legal studies, government, public or business administration, or a related field is required. (Experience in program planning, development, and implementation, in excess of the required four years, may be substituted for college on a year-for-year basis.)
Four years experience in program planning, development, and implementation is required.
Two years intake processing and/or complaint processing experience is required.
Experience with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and a computerized case management system is required.
Willingness to work irregular hours such as weekends, holidays, and nights as required.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
Knowledge of state and federal laws, regulations and requirements related to state lottery and charitable bingo activities.
Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws and regulations relevant to administrative and/or criminal investigations.
Knowledge of the principles and practices of public administration and management.

Oversees the performance, planning, development, implementation, program assessment, and administrative activities of the Intake program:
Oversees, develops, and implements effective techniques for evaluating the Compliance Activity Monitoring Process (CAMP) intake functions of the Enforcement Division.
Identifies areas of needed change and makes recommendations to improve operations in the CAMP system.
Provides consultative and technical assistance for planning, implementing, and monitoring the CAMP intake program and services and recommending appropriate changes.
Develops program policies and standards, in accordance with Intake program objectives and goals and submits updates to the Enforcement Division Director.
Coordinates with staff who act as a liaison with other state agencies and internal programs to explain the programs and agency statutory requirements.
Coordinates The Receipt And Documentation Of Incoming Complaints, Allegations, And Other Information Received By The Enforcement Division Regarding Lottery Or Charitable Bingo Activities
Coordinates and initiates divisional investigative or administrative cases in the (CAMP) case management system in an accurate and timely manner.
Consults with the CAMP section personnel of the Lottery Operations Division and provides technical assistance to Enforcement Division staff in all matters related to CAMP.
Consults with Information Resources staff of the Administration Division and provides technical assistance for the CAMP system.
Prioritizes and assigns cases to investigative staff.
Trains staff as needed.
Coordinates Processes Within The CAMP Intake Functions, And Assists And Monitors The Maintenance Of Investigative Case Files And Reports, And Assists As An Administrator For Various Computerized Systems Used By The Enforcement Division
Coordinates, processes, and maintains completed case files and reports, and routes investigative results and reports to the appropriate divisions or departments.
Assists in the file room processes for Intake investigations and record retention functions.
Coordinates and consults with Information Resources staff to identify and resolve technical problems involving the CAMP system.
Oversees the implementation of Information Service Requests (ISRs) for creation of new reports, upgrades, and modifications to CAMP.
Provides technical assistance to Enforcement staff in the use of the CAMP system.
Consults with and assists Enforcement Division personnel in implementing Enforcement Division procedur
