Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Stock Control and Inventory Control to ensure accurate, timely tracking of all products.
- Candidates should possess skills in Inventory Management and Operations Management to oversee warehouse processes and optimize resource use.
- Candidates should possess skills in Forklift Operation and safe equipment handling within a multi-temperature warehouse environment.
- Experience in cold-chain or food and beverage warehousing, including compliance with safety and quality standards (e.g., HACCP, food safety regulations), is beneficial.
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills, with the ability to train, coach, and supervise warehouse staff effectively.
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), basic data analysis, and reporting to monitor KPIs and drive process improvements.
- Ability to work on-site in Sugar Land, TX, including standing, lifting, and working in refrigerated and frozen environments as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is a plus.
