Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail and Event Sales Director based in Fort Worth, TX. The role involves overseeing retail operations, managing high-quality floral and gift sales, and building strong customer relationships. Responsibilities include planning and executing events, budgeting, managing event logistics, developing sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of revenue goals. The Retail and Event Sales Director will also closely collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in Event Planning, Event Management, and coordinating logistics
- Proficiency in Budgeting and financial planning for events and retail operations
- Strong skills in Sales and ability to develop and execute revenue-driving strategies
- Excellent Communication and client relationship management abilities
- Proven leadership skills and prior experience in retail or event industry
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
