In this role, you will provide leadership across multiple clinic locations, overseeing Medical Assistants, Front Office staff, and technical teams including MRI, CUS, and EEG. Position Overview
As the Patient Services Manager, you will serve as a regional operations leader responsible for driving performance, consistency, and service excellence across multiple clinic locations. This role requires a hands-on leader who can balance day-to-day execution with a broader strategic focus on team development, operational efficiency, and regional growth.
You will:
- Lead approximately 30 team members across 4 clinic locations
- Oversee front office, clinical support, and technical operations, including Medical Assistants, Front Office staff, and MRI/CUS/EEG teams
- Drive operational consistency and accountability across the region
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, growth, and stronger team performance
- Support staffing strategy, scheduling, and service recovery efforts to ensure seamless clinic operations
- Partner with leadership to meet company goals and contribute to the continued expansion and success of the region
Region Covered: North Region (McKinney, Sherman, Denison, Durant, OK)
Availability: Must be willing to receive communication after business hours as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide regional leadership across multiple clinic sites, ensuring strong execution, consistency, and alignment with company expectations
- Manage staffing, time clocks, schedules, and coverage needs, including coordination of call-ins and operational adjustments
- Lead, coach, and develop team members to achieve high standards of performance, professionalism, and patient service
- Build a culture of accountability, urgency, and initiative across all locations
- Address escalated patient concerns and lead service recovery efforts with professionalism and urgency
- Interview, hire, onboard, and train new team members to support both current operations and future growth
- Conduct performance discussions, corrective action, and annual employee evaluations
- Reinforce company policies, procedures, and operational standards across the region
- Partner closely with the ACOO and other leaders to execute strategic goals and support regional growth initiatives
- Monitor workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, patient experience, and team effectiveness
- Collaborate with management to ensure each location has the staffing, supplies, tools, and communication needed for success
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing work environment across all assigned clinics
Required Qualifications
- Prior management experience required, preferably in a multi-site specialty practice or regional leadership capacity
- Medical Assistant experience required
- Front Office experience required
- Demonstrated success leading teams, improving performance, and driving operational growth
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate teams, create accountability, and take initiative
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple locations in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams, including technical staff, is a plus
