Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including chopping vegetables and assembling ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste regularly.
- Support banquet operations by ensuring all service items are clean and ready for use.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist in stocking supplies and organizing storage areas as required.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation standards is a plus.
- Experience in food preparation or catering services is beneficial.
- A background in culinary arts or hospitality can enhance your candidacy.

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
