Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate based in Grapevine, TX. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers to promote home improvement services, providing product and service information, and creating tailored solutions. Day-to-day tasks will include generating leads, conducting consultations with homeowners, preparing estimates, and closing sales. The role also involves ongoing customer relationship management to ensure satisfaction and build long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Sales and customer service skills, including the ability to build rapport, close deals, and provide excellent service
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions to diverse audiences
- Time management, organization, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of home improvement products or services, such as roofing, windows, siding, or related areas, is a plus
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic office software is desirable
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation required for on-site consultations
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or a related field is an advantage
- Previous sales experience in the home improvement or construction industry is preferred but not mandatory
