Role Description

This is a full-time contract hybrid Psychotherapist role based in Houston, TX. The Psychotherapist will provide compassionate mental health care services to clients, including individual and group therapy sessions. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, maintaining confidential records, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals as needed. The role also involves educating clients about wellness strategies and offering support tailored to promote mental and emotional health.

Qualifications

• Professional skills in Psychotherapy, Counseling, and Mental Health Therapy to effectively address a wide range of mental health concerns.
• Proficiency in assessment, treatment planning, and clinical documentation to ensure high-quality, client-centered care.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish therapeutic relationships and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, demonstrate cultural competence, and show sensitivity to the diverse needs and backgrounds of clients.
• Licensure in the state of Texas as a Psychotherapist, LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent qualification.
• Master’s degree or higher in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field.
• Experience in a psychiatric or holistic mental health setting is preferred but not required.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical practice standards.
