·        Work location: Texas Health Ft. Worth, 1301 Pennsylvania Avenue, Ft. Worth, TX 76104

·        Outpatient Therapy departments – Physical, Occupational, & Speech Language Therapy

• Work hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM or 7:30AM-4:30PM, no weekends.
