· Quality Improvement Department:
· Plays a key role in supporting THSW’s priorities by using clinical experience and data analysis to improve quality, safety, and overall performance.
· Help turn quality and safety goals into real, measurable improvements by providing structure, coordination, and ongoing monitoring to ensure progress is sustained.
· Uses data‑driven performance and process improvement methods, along with patient safety and high‑reliability principles, to improve outcomes and operational efficiency.
Works closely with leadership, quality, risk, and frontline teams to identify trends, reduce variation, and drive improvements that enhance patient safety.
· Work hours: Full-time, Exempt position, 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday, mainly 8AM-5PM.
Salary : $1,000 - $1,000,000
