POSITION DETAILS:
- Monday –Friday Full Time Schedule
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, illnesses, and injuries.
- EPIC EMR documentation system
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and prevention.
- Comprehensive benefit package includes health, life, dental, vision CME, Malpractice and 401k.
REQURIMENTS:
Graduate of accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program
NP Certification and TX license required.
Minimum 2-3 years of primary care experience preferred.
