**Sign-On for Eligible New Hires**
Work location: 8230 Walnut Hill Lane, PB3, Suite 220, Dallas, TX 75231
Work hours: Full-time, 40 hours weekly, Monday thru Thursday, 8:00am – 5:00pm and Friday 8:00am – 3:00pm
Travel: 25% to surrounding clinics as needed (mileage reimbursement provided)
