Work location: 490 US Highway 80, Sunnyvale, TX 75182
Work hours: Full-time, 40 hours weekly, Monday thru Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Travel: 25% to Rockwall clinic as needed (mileage reimbursement provided)
