ACUTE CARE NURSE PRACTITIONER

Texas Health Physicians Group is pleased to announce a full-time opening for an intensivist level Acute Care Nurse Practitioner, with the critical care response team. This is your opportunity to practice at the top of your license, working with some of the most experienced medical teams in the region.
Position Details:
- Full time; 7pm-7am.
- Evaluating and managing complex ICU patients.
- Respond to all hospital-wide codes and rapid response calls.
- Perform intubations and other bedside procedures.
- Manage acutely ill patients and collaborate with intensivists and specialty teams.
- Intubation training program available if needed
- Provide overnight coverage and clinal support in a high volume fast paced environment.

Requirements Needed to Apply:
- Active Texas license
- Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Board Certification
- Degree in NP studies from an approved NP program
- ACLS Required
- Interest and experience as a critical care NP are highly encouraged to apply
