What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bilingual Patient Care Coordinator position at Texas Health Care PLCC?
The Epilepsy Care Center in Irving, Texas, is seeking a new bilingual (English/Spanish) patient coordinator. The qualified applicant must have previous patient coordinator experience, familiarity with EHR systems (NextGen is a plus), as well as excellent typing, spelling, and medical terminology skills and knowledge. You will be documenting in the patients electronic health records. Also, in the position as a new patient coordinator, duties will include calling patients, entering new patient demographics, scanning, and other clerical duties as required.
Job Requirements:
Applicants must have at minimum one year of physician office experience with Pediatric Neurology strongly preferred. Previous NextGen EHR is a plus.
