Integrated Community Services is now hiring a Full-Time Administrative Assistant for our Spring Region to assist in the daily clerical operations of the regional office , as well as day services in adjacent adult day programs.
Integrated Community Services house and serve over 300 individuals with intellectual disabilities statewide in group homes, natural-residential settings, and in the foster care model from six regional satellite offices.
Shift: Monday - Friday
Hours: 8:00AM - 5:00PM
Administrative Assistant duties include:
- Office receptionist.
- Answer phones, distribute phone messages hourly.
- Open and distribute mail daily.
- Collect and organize payroll and related service documentation to submit to Corporate office weekly.
- Collect, organize, and submit to Corporate office purchase requests and receipts for varying types of purchases.
- Assist in scheduling a variety of events for employees and individuals served.
- Assist all personnel in maintaining budgets for a variety of purchases.
- Assist in securing specialized disability transportation services.
- Assist in pre-employee screening of applicants and post-hire processing of new employees.
- Coordinate outside services to address problems with utilities, basic repairs, transportation, etc.
- Coordinate grocery shopping for group homes.
- Participate in ongoing communication with employees, Corporate staff, parents of individuals served, and other outside service professionals.

Qualifications:
- Valid and current Texas Driver's License
- Clear Background Check
- Clear DMV Check
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Proof of Education
- No confirmation of Abuse/Neglect/Exploitation of an elderly or disabled person
- No history of Medicaid fraud.
