Job Summary
The Assistant Banking Center Manager (ABCM) is part of the Bank's retail area and will report directly to the Banking Center Manager (BCM). The primary responsibility of the ABCM is to assist the BCM with the day to day operations of the banking center.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Responsible for two banking centers and helps expand customer relationships, attract additional customers, and monitor growth and profitability of the banking center.
- The ABCM will be the immediate supervisor for the staff at two banking centers.
- Providing support in performing Teller duties and new account duties on a regular basis,
- Ensures quality customer service provided with the banking center aides, including selling additional products to new and existing customers while supporting the overall sales efforts of the Bank.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required. College Degree preferred.
- Five years of prior experience as a teller and new accounts/personal banker.
- Supervisory experience a plus.
- Knowledge of banking laws and compliance regulations.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work additional hours when requested and Saturdays when needed.
