ASSOCIATE PRODUCER (Per Episode)
Hours/week: 4–6
Pay: $100–$150 per episode
Shoot Day: Tuesdays or Thursdays (in-person preferred)
About the Role
This is the “keep everything running smoothly” position. You’re the logistics brain and detail person. You support the Senior Producer and Booker by making sure everything is prepped, organized, and ready.
Responsibilities
- Build weekly episode prep docs
- Gather research links & summaries
- Assemble guest materials show notes
- Send calendar invites reminders
- Assist with run of show on shoot day
- Take notes during filming
- Mark clip timecodes for editors
- Maintain shared drive content library
- Coordinate with the editor for clips captions

HIRING: Producers for Women’s Podcast/Talk Show (DFW Remote)
We are launching new weekly talk show/podcast that will live online and also air on local tv. We film every Tuesday or Thursday in DFW and produce smart, soulful, unfiltered conversations for women 25–45.
